In essence, Probate Notes are the means by which the court communicates with the parties prior to the court hearing to tell the parties whether the matter will be approved or whether there are “MATTERS TO BE CLEARED” pertaining to your petition.

Probate Notes are very important because they will list any “MATTERS TO BE CLEARED” Remedying these “MATTERS TO BE CLEARED” is vital to the approval of any petition.  To remedy a “MATTERS TO BE CLEARED” in a case, the Petitioner must file a “Supplement” verified and signed under the penalty of perjury to address the deficiencies raised by the court.
